Order issues
If an item is missing, incorrect, damaged, or does not meet the order specification, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting details.
Perishable and prepared items
Because food and made-to-order products are perishable, returns are generally not possible after collection or delivery. Eligible issues will be reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be made to the original payment method where possible. Processing time may depend on your payment provider.
